  I have been working with 1st signature lending for the last 9 mos trying to buy a home. They got me approved right away with a 100% financing usda loan. My loan office has been wonderful. He truly cares about my family and our needs as home owners. My job as a over the road truck driver has made it difficult sometimes during the loan process but Bobby Nichols always went the extra mile making it as easy as possible for me to do the necessary paperwork to process my loan. He was able to keep my payments where i needed them and even saved me 600 dollars at closing. He always had my back and kept me in the loop on want was going on with my financing. He always answered my questions in a timely matter and would even call me back on the weekends or after business hours to accommodate my work schedule. I am truly thankful and blessed by Bobby Nichols and the staff at 1st signature lending. I would recommend this company is a second to anyone who is looking for a home loan and who wants to be treated with respect.   Evan and his team were amazing. He was very informative and attentive throughout the whole process. He laid out every step. He made sure I was comfortable and confident with everything I was signing. If I had questions he was quick to respond and I never felt confused about what I were submitting or signing. As a first time home buyer, it was great to feel this confident during such an important transaction. After I completed my home loan Evan also helped my best friend Ali purchase her first home.

  I'm re-writing my reviews for this company. I had a ruff start from the beginning because of one mortgage agent. But they got it taken care of, and now me and my wife are moved into our new home and we love it. I want to say thank you to tammy Holmberg- and all of the staff at 1st Signature Lending they have went far beyond my expectations.   I was pleasantly blessed with a beautiful individual named Ms. Allyson Woodall who held me by the hand and walked me through the process. She made it very easy for me by explaining everything I needed to do in detail. If I had questions she never seemed in a rush to get me off the phone. She definitely has the “midas touch” in dealing with seniors. Thanks Ally for a wonderful and successful closing experience with my Refi. Please stop working so hard and don’t answer your phone on weekends even if it’s me lol.

  Horrible company with no communication. We were working with Nick. I spoke to him once on the phone. I tried calling him several times he would send me to voicemail and wouldn’t return my calls. I finally left message number three telling him we were going to work with a different company. He called me back leaving a BS voicemail that he had talk to me Thursday and explain stuff he never had. That was the end we decided to find a different company to work with. If we are having this problem in the beginning I would assume it’s not going to get any better. They lost our business that’s for sure.

  I recently refinanced my home; I worked with Justin Wedmore. I wasn't planning on refinancing, I was just checking since the rates were so low. After a good informative conversations, I went ahead and pulled the plug. The process was easy and Justin got me a great rate! Ultimately I was able to take my 30yr loan to 15yr loan saving me over $95,000 in the long run and my monthly payment only changed by $100 a month. Justin was great! Thank you!!!

  Derrick Thomas was truly a great loan officer to work with. He was most helpful to us in helping us through the whole refinance loan process. He would always return our phone calls and and guide our hands through all the computer details. I can't thank him enough for his concern regarding my my wife's confinement in the hospital.
