  WONDERFUL LENDER! I shopped around for lenders and applied to at least eight. Rachel at Fairway was the ONLY lender to call and walk me through everything. She was the ONLY lender to send me an example of the loan estimate, walk me through it, explain everything and answer my questions. The ONLY lender to give me a mortgage calculator to make sure I understood what I could afford and all the different variables that could change. Being a first time homebuyer, this was really important. Fairway matched the competitive rate but I would have gone with them no matter what. I didn't trust the big banks cared about me personally the way Fairway did. THANK YOU FAIRWAY--I would recommend them 1000X over.
