      Been trying to call here for an appointment and apple valley branch when online says not busy. They cant answer the phone so I'll be taking my services elsewhere. Been with this bank over a yr and disappointed each time even though others have warned me against it. Literally the 2nd time this year I've tried to schedule an appointment this year and still cant get through. Unprofessional

      I tried to ask them nicely if they can help me open a checking account but they said we need to have an appointment there, but I also asked if they can help us but they refused to help us. They weren’t doing anything! They were very rude and not helpful! 😡

      My only complaint is that this location doesn't have the indoor ATMs that the 98th and Lyndale has.

      The slowest bank I've ever been too in my entire life. I've always had trouble with waiting an extensive amount of time but today was worst of all. Waiting at the drive through for over a half an hour with absolutely no movement with all three lanes having 3 cars in each. I couldn't wait any longer especially if all 9 of us cars didn't move within a half an hour! I will have to go out of my way from now on to make a deposit elsewhere!

      The company I work for uses Wells Fargo and this location is the closest to our office, so I frequently have to take checks in to be deposited. We are a fairly large company that does business with companies out of Canada. This is the reason I have to bring these specific checks in myself. Some tellers seem to know how to process Canada checks with no issues, but others seem to have a real problem getting this done. Most times I’m waiting almost an hour. This is ridiculous! If your tellers can’t seem to figure it out, you might want to get some proper training!

      Bad customer service and willingness To help , over a year of pandemic and you need appointment for everything , once in the bank you can see that is almost no employees and the few that are working complain about being busy and they look unhappy with bad attitude. I try to talk to the manager to complain about the services but I didn’t hear back .

      I got 2 times cash deposit. The first time (few months ago), I drove though deposit 700$ cash but they just made 500$, lucky that I checked the receipt right the way and asked them to fix the amount. The second time, I went inside to deposit 2 thousands $ but she made that amount wrong like withdraw :( and I had call to ask to fix. The problems sold but I can’t believe that happened to me again. People always have mistakes but with me, if you work with money you can’t do mistakes a lot like that (2 times in a year for 1 customer) What happens if we don’t check the receipt (many people don’t usually check it because they believe in you, but not look like that) So, people should check every receipts everywhere. I wanna give 1 star but 2 stars for the other customers service was good.

      I had the worse customer service experience I ever had with Wells Fargo in this branch. I normally send my international wire transfers at this Branch. I would never go back to this location after encountering this moran named Uzochukwu Anughor. He does not understand basic customer service. I did not have my reading glasses with me and I wanted him to confirm / read it back to me the Beneficiary account number, and his response was "It is not my job to help you with that" I rather driver 10 miles away to do my business than deal with this PS.

      I’ve got my job done but expected the banker to be welcomed and smiling face. Service industry (i.e: banks and healthcare) relationship between customer and the provider is very important. One smile and nice gesture won’t cost any dime!

      If this location was a stand alone bank and not a branch office it wouldn’t last I call them twice and they don’t answer Shannon, your building on the doors sayb closed at 6pm. It's 530PM AND nobody is here. I am trying to think about good thinks about this bank, and I cannot think of any good things.
