  Our experience with Michael Heinen and Fairway mortgage was beyond excellent. Not only was he able to save our real estate transaction in the middle of collapse, he went above and beyond to make it a positive experience. Communication from Michael and his team was phenomenal. He answered all of our questions with patience and thorough responses. The processing team was aware of our situation and tight deadlines and didn't skip a beat. We were taken care of like we were their only loan at the time! Excellent service, will refer again and again!

  Brent was incredibly nice and helpful from the first time we spoke with him all the way through the very end when he was waiting to greet us at the day of signing! He was always willing to answer any and all questions we had (which was A LOT!) and was very thorough too! We felt very confident that he was providing excellent and trustworthy service.   Kara has been an outstanding partner for me on my new home loan.
