Taylor Ray2I have had so many issues with this bank over the past 9 years. From not remembering my notes that I will be out of the country and shutting my card off to other challenges along the way. They need to join Zelle and update their banking app. It rarely reflects the correct information, which is very frustrating. I will be switching to a more established, well run bank.

May Lin2I work a lot and odd hours, to put money in my checking account I can only use the atm, since the bank is usually closed but the time I can get there. I have noticed that this location takes a lot longer than other locations to collect the money/checks deposited. I have waited several days to see it reflect on my account. It’s more than a bit frustrating especially when I have bills to pay on time. The bank is huge and nice looking, so not sure why it’s the only one that takes a long time to collect their ATM deposits. I definitely will be looking at other banks and ask how long it takes to collect since it’s the only way I can put money into my account.

The ATM deposits at that location get pulled and processed twice daily first thing in the morning and at 1:30 Monday-Friday. No deposits are pulled or processed over the weekends. Kimberly Mcmillan1I called the bank to see if I could use my married name on my social instead of my maiden name on my ID. Because of covid and my husband loosing our marriage license I haven’t been able to change my ID yet. So when I called and told them I didn’t have the marriage license and my ID still had my maiden name but my social had my married name and I have mail from the state that says my married name I asked if that would work. I was told yes. So I packed up my kids and drove down there just for them to tell me it wouldn’t work. I would’ve waited and not fought with my kids if I was just told they couldn’t do it. I’m so frustrated and mad that they didn’t handle this better.

Aly Long1Please. Please. Please. Please. Get a better ATM. I shouldn't have to take time off work to get to the bank on your time to deposit checks. Very inconvenient to your customers. Why must you have the biggest nicest building but the worst equipment. Worst bank. Worst ATM.

Teena Wright3Really nice people, but their front tellers and help line are really disorganized and their online banking is out of date and not userfriendly. They really need to get up to speed on technology.

ES7405After switching banks due to a divorce.. everyone has been very friendly I have yet to find something I don't like about this branch and I'm very picky when it comes to banks because a lot of them are crooks trying to take your money...

Dave Matthews1We had money deposited into our account we asked them if it was ours they kept saying yes, however after a week we started to pay bills and after $6,000 later ,they froze our account. We went in and talked to the manager they said it was our fault, even though we checked over and over again. So now we are paying them back for their mistake. I will give a good rating on customer service that’s it. ICCU is much better bank. ☹️

Clara Purdy3Some of the friendliest employees I have ever met. They really make everything so easy and convenient. This is why I am completely dumbfounded by the horrible online banking system and inability to properly connect with modern apps like Acorns. It is all fine and dandy to have good staff that provides excellent service but this is the internet age or more importantly the cellphone age. I should be able to easily do all my banking on my phone. I have had to call the help line numerous times to have my username and password reset for one reason or another. I could not do it from my phone, nor could I do it on my laptop because they require an online banking ID number and don't tell you where to find that information, no link, nothing. It also takes forever to get someone on the help line. Forget about evenings and weekends because they're closed but they are happy to let you sit on the phone and listen to the elevator music for unending periods of time instead of having a message saying "Hey we're closed and these are our hours". Wonderful employees. Desperate need to come into the modern age of banking.

Undercover Foodie3I love banking at Mountain West Bank, but I have to say this location has the SLOWEST drive thru ever! I have come here several times on break from work and they have taken anywhere from 20-30 minutes for a simple transaction. Its very frustrating. I have called customer service several times about this problem. I recommend going inside or using the ATM.
