  Aaron Sheats and Tara Willoughby made this process seamless for me. I had a special case for not being local and in school, Aaron reached out with weekly updates on the loan process and educated me a lot about the process. Tara’s dedication was astounding, her quick response to emails especially after hours for any questions I had showed her commitment. Awesome team!

  Amber Smith was great. She was available anytime I called. She answered any questions I had. She help through the loan process of what I need to do to get a great rate. Amber also had my loan processed and ready to close 2 days before closing. I would recommend Amber to anyone. She was so nice and willing to answer any questions I had.

  Amber Smith is 100% the best person to work with. I have worked in retail for 20+ years and have never met anyone that actually cared for the customer as much as she does. You can not go wrong working with her. The whole process was simple. It honestly took more of my time to make the decision to refi then anything else did. I would recommend her 10 out of 10 times.

  Michelle is very helpful. I did not qualify for a big amount of loan in other companies. But Michelle worked on it and organized my loan. The interest rate is less than other places. I highly recommend Fairway independent Mortgage Corp.!!
