  The wife and I have now used Jim 3 times for home purchases and refinances. Once was at his previous company and now twice that he has moved his team to Fairway. We have always been extremely happy with the service, communication and follow through. Our most recent transaction was the result of him reaching out to us after he identified some savings we were able to capitalize on.   We used Ben Goddard at Fairway for the mortgage for our new house. He was totally professional and very helpful. Ben has a great support team that like him was always available for any questions.   Bobby Burks was the best to work with, I got referred to him through my Realtor Agent. He was with me through every step, and fought for me when the I was having trouble with getting financing because of how I get paid, base salary with commission.
