  We have absolutely LOVED working with Sherry Vance. We went to her to get preapproved when we weren't in the best shape to buy. She went over everything with us in depth and gave us a very clear plan that was easy for us to follow. A few months later, after following all of her directions in paying off certain debts, saving a certain amount of money, and doing our taxes, we were qualified for more than we hoped! She was super responsive to all of our first time home buying questions. She was always very happy to help. Honestly, I feel like she was exactly the person we needed. All of her timelines and estimates were right on. The only thing that turned out different was that she overestimated our closing costs to be on the safe side, which was an awesome treat when they turned out to be 1300 less in the end. We were worried they might be more. She got us a great rate. She made sure we didn't have any bad surprises throughout the experience. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. Thanks Sherry!
