  I would like to extend a huge thank you to Chelsea Collier and her team of Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation for everything they did for me when going through the mortgage process in order to sell and buy our new home. She didn’t stop even when she should have been relaxing on holidays and made the whole process easy and worry free, communicating with me the entire time.   Chelsea is phenomenal. She came to me recommended by a colleague who used her services multiple times, and she was far more involved in the home buying process than most mortgage brokers, calling the selling agent to sell us to them, helping us make sure our offers were as competitive as they could be. She worked right there with our realtor to make sure we had a smooth, efficient home-buying experience, and if I ever buy another home, I'll be calling Chelsea again. ETA: We also used Chelsea when we refinanced our home, and she was fantastic about explaining the process and what different values meant. I will continue to recommend her to everyone.

  We have been long time customers of Chelsea Collier and have just completed a refinance. The experience was completely positive and relatively simple. Chelsea and her team were able to quickly put together a package that was very attractive for us and walked with us through the entire process. Everything was done over the phone and online, with the exception of the final signing. As always, Chelsea provided excellent service and was able to give us exactly what we needed.   This was our fourth time going through the mortgage process and you'd think we'd be pros by now. We grasp the overall process but it seems like each time there is some nuance. It pays to have an expert guide you through the process. If nothing else, at least you might gain some new knowledge that could help you in the future. Chelsea and her team were in regular communications with us, keeping us informed of what step in the process we were in and making sure there were no surprises. She didn't push us towards any decision, but Chelsea and her team stayed committed throughout the process. At the end of the day we felt confident in the choices we made because she gave us all the information we needed, and kept us informed of any new data that would appear in today's highly fluid lending market.

  Chelsea and her team, Katie, were so great to work with! I had a tight deadline I needed to adhere to for processing my mortgage where they helped me get my loan closed in three weeks with no issues at all. They were all very reliable, dependable and quick to respond to all of my questions! I highly recommend Chelsea to anyone looking to get a mortgage as she makes the process seamless and very pleasant. I also had to do most of everything remotely and couldn’t meet with her in person and the online tools they offer are incredible where it makes, what could be unpersonable experience, into a very personable one.
