  This is probably one of the easiest process I went through to any of my purchases. Scott was very professional and kept me abreast of everything I needed to know all throughout the process. I strongly recommend him and his company. You will not be disappointed. Did I mention it was fast and drama free? Yes it was! Give him a try and thank me later.

  Alot of paper work but at the end all works well. Very helpful and caring. Walked me to the least to complete the process. Very good people and very dedicated to their service. I am very excited about this whole process and happy to have come to this company.l wish you all the best.

  The process was a lot of gathering documents and the assistance of the staff was a tremendous help. A last minute change at the settlement table by me didn't frazzle them at all. They made changes within minutes and a side from extending settlement by 20 minutes we were so grateful to have it completed while we waited. I still can't believe they got it done so quickly.

  Everyone was on top of everything and kept me informed every step of the way. Even with some delays no fault of mine or them they made sure everything was done and ready for closing and helped make it happen. Very friendly and down to earth.   Amazing team! They worked quick, answered every phone call and email immediately, they explained everything so nicely and communicated with us every step of the way! They were able to help us close on our house in less than a month! Amy and Patty were both so wonderful to work with!

  Fairway surpassed all of my expectations! My mortgage loan officer was always a quick text or email away to answer all of my questions. They were very organized and informative, and I always felt like they were working hard to get me the best rate. We wanted to rush the process and they were able to get our loan ready a week early! It was wonderful! I worked with GJ and Lindsey and I couldn’t be happier! I’ll definitely be recommending then to anyone that’s buying a house!
