  Neal and his team from the jump made us a priority or at least felt that way. He and his team of Ellie and Renee were spectacular in communication, thoroughness in everything needed to get our loan approved and answering any and all questions in regards to our home loan. They were just not our loan officers, they were our cheerleaders in getting our forever home. We went through the worst experience anyone could go through with Homestreet Bank. We were thinking that this may never happen. Neal and Ellie motivated us and told us we would get our home and they never lied, they delivered and than some. We will send so many people your way after this incredible journey with Neal and his team! You guys are our friends for life now!! Thanks so much!!

  Neal is the best of the best plain and simple. Always above and beyond coming through for people making the experience suuuper easy and fast. His support team also holds up to his end with fast friendly service, I recommend him to anyone that likes friendly constant communication and 24/7 help through the process.

  We had an outstanding experience with Mike Maier and his team at Fairway. We are in our dream house because of their ability to do a 15 day close. It is what set our offer apart from the 3 others.   In short, this is a true professional. From the outset Mike clearly explained the details and meaning behind all the jargon associated with buying, helped set very clear expectations regarding what we could afford, and laid out our options carefully. Once we made an offer, Mike and his team worked diligently and expediently, and the paperwork was done in about a week (!) with no major revisions needed; that made it a painless closing process for us.

  Ths company is great. Very efficient, accurate and willing to take the time necessary to explain anything I did not understand. Neal, the broker I worked with, presented the possible options clearly and I never felt he was trying to influence my choices. I trusted him and felt he was truly working to get me the best option possible. I am extremely happy with my loan and impressed with their capacity to make everything flow smoothly during such chaotic times.

  Mike Maier's to the go to for lenders. Do not look further as he came through for us within 48 hours as our lender for our new home. We were seriously under the gun as another lender we were doing business with failed on so many levels as we were closing within 30 days. We were so impressed with his level of professionalism, and coming up with a creative solution for us to qualify. Mike was available 24/7, his response is immediate, keeping us informed of our status up to finalizing everything. I have friends that are interested in relocating to Bend, OR area and Mike will always be our first and only recommendation in lenders.
