  OUTSTANDING experience. Look no further. The Fairway team has perfect fees, awesome buyer support and work with you throughout your home ownership journey. Communication and responses across the listing agent and buyer agent is also super smooth. Overall I cannot recommend enough. Just don't look at the fees between lenders and waste your time, give them your home address agree on a date and observe the magic. Have your statements and financial documents in order and if that is all squared away these guys will do the right thing. Amazing experience for a first time home buyer - thank you Fairway Mortgage team!

  Recently, we had an experience with "Irene Yim" who is working at the Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation for buying house. I really recommend someone who wants to get a loan to work with Irene since she is exceptionally kind, patient and generous. She is very brilliant and highly intelligent person who can deal with complicated and difficult situation. She always gets involved quickly in the discussion about some questions and suggests a very wise way to resolve. Her response and answer to questions are so rapid and clear. I do not have any doubt to recommend her to talk as a lender for buying house.

  I met Irene Yim 2018 and start looking for home. I got all the necessary information and prepare what she said. I finally got my dream home and really appreciate that. She is the top 3% loan officer in the US and I know why. Personally, I think she should be top 1% or The best. She is the The best loan officer in my mind. I recommend her to everyone who need loan.
