  I have used Fairway for my first mortgage as a first time homeowner and just recently when I refinanced. They are an excellent company. Rob Downing and his team work so hard to be quick and efficient. They are fast with any questions or concerns. They are all pleasant and kind. Plus they communicate very well and keep you up to date with everything. They are in the business to save you money. If you’re ever looking for a lender definitely give them a call!!

  Rob and team are some of the best out there, plain and simple. In fact, they're so good, that I imagine mostly people take their care and attention to customer service for granted. For us, that wasn't the case. When our builder was unable to obtain a CO until literally an hour before closing, Rob and team stepped up to the plate and saved the day. They were able to get us to the closing table that day and we really cannot thank them enough. If you're wondering "Does it really matter who I work with for a home mortgage?", I'm here to tell you it does. With the care and attention Rob and team provide, you'd be a fool to use anyone else.
