  Very rude!! They will not give you their name, tell you any details on your collection. They will tell you that they mailed it and is no longer in their system. What they do is illegal and will HOPEFULLY be brought to light one day. MY ADVICE IS DOWNLOAD A RECORDING APP THAT ALLOWS YOU TO RECORD THEM!!!! RECORD EVERY CONVERSATION WITH THEM.

  Dont make a deal with them. They lie. I agreed to send a payment every month to settle a bill they were collecting and they dinged my credit when I havent missed one payment .

  They kept me on hold for 15 minutes. All I wanted was their mailing address not give out my personal history so that way I can have my payment paid via money order. Should have googled it in the first place. Would have saved myself 15 minutes.

  Bull City is coming after my & it isn't my debt. It is from an old debt on a family member that doesn't have Jr. at the end of their name. But of course I am the guilty person & nothing I say or do to prove who I am works or is good enough. Especially since they are no longer living. Everyone I have talked with was rude, inattentive, & only interested in when I'll be paying on this bill. Again, a bill that wasn't one I created !!!!

  If you have a problem we with guys go straight to the CFPB website and file a complaint with the feds. They must respond within 17 days! No more of that 30 or 35 days BS with the bureaus. Dispute the fact that BULL CITY has no legal right to ask you to pay. Has no right to the original debt either.

  Reported to the FTC for violating my rights. Called my number asking for someone who lived in my house before me. (Over a year and a half ago I'm still returning their mail) when I told them I've never been associated with that person the agent called me a liar and hung up, I called back 6 times trying to speak with a supervisor!!! And they refused and called me a liar again!

  They put 8 negative remarks on my credit on charges that we covered by my insurance and paid. So far its been 2 months and they are still on my credit report after several calls to have them removed.

  I was in a coma in 2016 for two weeks, due to an incident. The whole time every treatment I received was the different bill that these collectora put on on my credit as latel payments and now I have $40,000 in unsecured debt in about 30 different accounts that are late. Ridiculous how bad this has messed my life up

  I want to give a negative review but can't. First and foremost, they never contacted me AT ALL to find out what the details were on the bill before turning me over for collection for something that did not belong to me. They do not know the laws and will tell lies to get you to pay the bill for your married children. NC General statute 7B-3500 states an emancipated minor is "a married juvenile". And according to NC General statute 90-21.5 it states a medical provider can only look "to the minor" for payment of a medical bill. So do not let them tell you that you are responsible for your married juveniles medical bills once they are married, living on their own, having children, and are 17 years old. That is not true.

  I have a complaint. I’m my 87 year old Father’s caregiver. He finds a derogatory account in his Espirian. I call Bull City to find out what it is for. They won’t even tell me what company he owes for. I’m not paying for something I don’t who the debt is owed! And where is a statement from Bull City? He hasn’t received anything stating this is in collections.
