  Chris didn't understand our situation, and was extremely condescending over the phone and by email. It was almost as if he was working against us because we weren't asking for a $500,000 loan. He made it seem like we weren't worth his effort or time. I've worked with different lenders from Fairway Mortgage before who were absolutely pleasant to work with. But Chris was awful.
