  Me and my wife just purchased our first home. Our realitor recommended ben over at summit funding so we made the call. 30 day's to the day we had the keys to our new home. It was a great experience and summit made it so less stressful than i thought it was gonna be. Most definitely recommend ben at summit to do business with.

  Justin, as usual, was a total rockstar. He moved heaven and earth to put our loan together and help us close escrow in 21 days. He and his team stayed in constant communication and made sure we knew when there were docs in our inbox needing signatures, and helped walk us through any questions that were at all confusing. This is my third home loan with he and his team, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

  Summit Funding, funded my wife and I for our first home, and we had the privilege to work with Aj Barandeh which was the best! My wife and I were confused, and not sure what was really going on when it came to shopping for a mortgage. Then we came to Summit and met Aj and everything got easier. Aj takes the extra time to sit down and really explain the process and whatever thing means to make sure you feel comfortable with the decision you are making.   This isn't my first time working with loan officers, and Ari is the best one we've ever worked with! I've never met a loan officer so involved in the process from start to finish, from an early pre-qualification all the way to closing. He answered every question I ever posed and made sure I understood everything, even when he's out of town for a family weekend getaway (that's dedication). He's gone out of his way to make sure we closed on time, and it even occurred earlier than expected when all paperwork went through so smoothly. He and his team kept me updated every step of the way, and I felt extremely comfortable with my loan and home purchase in their hands. Ari had a big role in getting us our dream house before my new job even started! We just moved to this new town and are grateful to know someone like Ari in the community. Look no further for a loan officer who is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but caring and thoughtful, putting you as the client first!
