  Lack of parking and being the only Golden1 bank in the area make it difficult to make deposits/withdrawals. One bank teller in particular has a serious attitude problem and is unpleasant to deal with. Every other bank teller in this location has been great.

  I have an account here I rarely use anymore, but I use the atm for my other account which is with a different credit union. So long as the atm is working, they are fine. Going into ge bank is hideous. The last time I was in there, the teller was so rude I actually asked her if I had offended her in some way. I use schools credit union and, though they have a branch in Yuba City, I have been with them for years and years; they are splendid.

  Atm worked nicely (for once in my history of my atmosphere history use) and is part of the nation wide credit union co-op so it's nice since we are here from out of town.

  Great bank great service. i dont wannna change because the mobile app. Refuses to send me the text to get into my acct

  Golden one is the best bank I have had in a long time, the only thing I don't like is there is only one branch and only one ATM location

  Can't call directly. If you want to talk to a person ask Press 1 and type random numbers in. Unfortunately no one cares.
