  Jeremy and his team made my first home buying experience an easy one. Jeremy made himself available to us from the very beginning and was always available to answer questions and address concerns as they came up. I was never worried about bothering him with what I thought was a stupid question. The entire team was helpful in taking care of all the paper work and making sure that we had dotted all of our i's and crossed all of our t's. Thanks to Jeremy, Rhonda, and Sharon for helping us get into our first home and making sure everything was taken care of along the way!

  I was putting my toes in the water to buy a house. I interviewed numerous mortgage brokers and I decided to go with Jeremy Schachter for the following reasons. 1. He was the only one to break down the details of what I was qualified for and what interest rate I would get. (p.s. he had the best interest rate out of everyone I interviewed.) 2. He did a thorough job of explaining to me all of the steps involved in buying a home and getting me prepared of what to do and not do in the process. 3. After I interviewed him, he sent me a personalized video message. And he continued to send these personalized video messages through every stage of the process. 4. His team stayed on top on all of the paperwork and made my job easy. I have a very demanding job and I could not have made it through this process without the support of Jeremy and his team. He will be the only mortgage broker I work with in the future if I ever decide to leave my dream home. Out of all of the horror stories I have heard out there in buying a home, I feel like I have lucked out in finding one of those rare gems who knows how to take care of his customers.
