  Amy has an amazing work ethic, incredible team, and is on top of every step of the process for your loan. I even received celebratory gifts in the mail after completing certain milestones in the loan process! Incredibly happy with how smooth the process has been and how informed I've been throughout. The portal is easy to use and makes quick work of every signature and document as well.

  Gosh! Where to start? Amy was the single reason a recent sale even happened. Right now, in PHX, multiple bids are the norm. 10 buyers to each seller. We wrote the offer a couple thousand over list price, and there were multiple bids. Amy took the time to call the listing agent and assure her that THIS buyer was great, and answered several questions for the listing agent. The following day, the agent and seller selected OUR offer, based 100% on the input that Amy provided! We closed exactly on time - right down to the hour that Amy predicted. Suffice to say, Amy not only knows her stuff, she is outstanding at helping listing agents feel comfortable with buyers...

  Amy was AMAZING. She worked hard to get everything done for my same-day-close and pulled it off! This was during a time when interest rates were at historic lows and loan officers had never been busier. Throughout each step of the process my file NEVER sat on her desk waiting for her attention- she was always actively working on it. I would get emails from her sent late in the night and on the weekends. She took the time to get to know my family and me- even sending my daughter a stuffed fox when my daughter told Amy that foxes are my daughter’s favorite animal. My daughter was over the moon. I could tell that we were not just clients to Amy- she was personally invested. I did not expect this attention from a large financial institution. The loan process itself was far easier than I anticipated. I was able to log in to Citywide’s website and see the status of my loan application with the dashboard telling me exactly what I needed to do at each step. Submitting the documents securely to the site could not have been easier. Amy kept me updated constantly. If you want a smooth and easy mortgage/refinance, I highly recommend Amy.

  First time home buyer trying to use USDA rural development loan. They never submitted anything to USDA and approved through them instead. Not what I asked them to do. Find another lender. By the way good luck getting in touch with these people.
