  Brian Floyd and the team at Fairway have deservedly earned a stellar reputation. I refer anyone I know house-hunting to Brian for a mortgage (or even re-fi) as he simply “gets it done”—- yet, with a smile, infectious enthusiasm and honesty. A former high school teacher, football coach, Citadel graduate and actual wartime soldier, he should be on our next president much less handle your mortgage!   Brian Floyd with Fairway Independent Mortgage helped us with getting a mortgage this summer. He was so easy to work with! My realtor recommended I call him but I decided to call somewhere else first. I spent forever on hold and didn't really have my questions answered. Not only was Brian quick to answer questions but actually had us so prepared that we didn't really have many of them. His spreadsheets and documents were easy to understand and sign. He knows what he's doing and he's a really nice guy. I highly recommend him and hope he's still in the industry in 10 years when we need to move again. You won’t find anyone more qualified, that has a passion for it like he does.

  Fairway has your best interests in mind and do a great job of making you feel like more than a number. In the lending game, there are only so many things companies can do to separate themselves. However, in my experience most of the big banks do not provide the level of service and attention that we experienced with Brian Floyd at Fairway. I would recommend him to anyone.
