  Fairview Mortgage is a fantastic company in an industry where not all firms are reliable or can be counted on! They do business the ‘old school’ way meaning they tell you if a mortgage is doable or if there are serious issues that may prevent it from getting done. In other words setting reasonable expectations. And, they always answer their phone. I would highly recommend them for any borrower!

  Mike was great from start to finish. Got me an amazing rate,much better than I could find anywhere else. Was helpful,always there if I had a question,guiding me through the process and always ready to chase up the various parties if needed.
