      I just came in to this location asking for a service. The lady who I met with was very rude and unwilling to help me with my request since she kept asking me for things I didn’t need in order to get what I needed. As a resident I only needed 2 forms os ID to be added in a bank account instead she kept asking me for more things and she was kind of concerned because I wasn’t not a citizen. Even though my husband told her he was and I was a resident. She was very rude! And please if you don’t like to work in the customer service field or if you don’t have patience and good attitude to deal with customers please don’t apply for a job that involves it you will make the entity look really bad. Not a very good experience at this place!

      I had to visit the bank to meet with a bank representative to assist me with gathering paperwork for my sister who had to be placed in a nursing home which was a very sensitive and emotional issue for me and my family; I met with Michael Mastrocco who represented your bank with 5 stars and went over and above to expeditiously get me all the paperwork I needed. He really defined what his title is as a Relationship Banker, well done and I will continue to be a very satisfied customer.

      This branch is just a waste of time. I forget the "supervisor's" name but it was a lady who was called upon to assist with a teller while I was trying to deposit my insurance check. Apparently since the check was made out to the dealership and myself I was unable to deposit into my account even though the check was endorsed by the dealership. She basically looked up some "rule", apparently only that branch has the rule where the endorsed check has to be deposited by the business and not the other recipient on the check. Well after a few minutes of arguing and even getting my dealership's controller who signed the check on the phone, the supervisor just kept throwing up her hands. She went out of her way to be helpless, no assistance was required since "I am the supervisor, and that's what I am telling you..." attitude. Needless to say I just drove one mile down to the other branch and they deposited the check. No questions asked as soon as they saw it was endorsed. Even though I live really close to this branch, I will never give them my business again. Just a waste of time with an incompetent supervision.

      Best bank with the best customer service representatives. I recently had my account hacked and chase was quick to resolve the issue and get my money back. Ms. Puneet Kalra was very nice and friendly she helped me set up a new account and set me up with all my banking needs. Good to know Chase has my back in difficult situations. Ms. Kalra and the Chase team have made me a life-long Chase banker

      I've visited this branch two weeks ago because it was close from my house and the experience was totally disappointed. I've done the business with Chase bank for personal banking since I was in a college and I have never been treated like what she did. Her name was Puneet S. Kalra. I went to change my name and address. I clearly mentioned her "I am here to change my name and address." She only changed my name on the checking account. So, I asked her again to change my address since she didn't listen what I said at the first time. She said "You didn't ask for address change but I will do it for you." I was intimidated by her attitude but I didn't want to be disrespectful. I let her be. Then I asked her to change credit card information also and she told me to call the number on the back of my credit card. I went to other banks and they changed both my checking account and credit card information as usual. Anyway, I called the number on the credit card and they told me to go to a Chase branch for further assistance because they need legal documents and the banker needs to verify that they checked original documents. By the time, I was clarified that the bank just banished me. She also continuously mentioned that I look too young to get married and to have a mortgage. I tried to take it as a compliment but from the impression from her, it is very difficult to convey the message as a positive response. I spoke to my family about recent experience and they already knew about this branch so they go to other chase even though it is a mile further. I went to other chase and their service was excellent. Chase has always impressed me and been informative with their quality service and staff but the current experience that I had with this branch was the worst experience I've ever had. I usually don't write a review but this time I am posting this review because I hope there will be no other individual who gets treated as I got.

      Tellers are great. Avoid Mr. Mithal if you want to continue having a good relationship with chase. Rude and condescending. I went in for a simple notary and he looked so confused by the document that I pointed him to where I needed to fill out and sign. His response was "you don't tell me what to do". Laughable. Save yourself the aggravation and avoid him.

      Puneet Kaira from the private clients group is an absolute angel. Even as a former Chase client going through a VERY financially and emotionally draining divorce she went above and beyond anything I've ever seen from basically a stranger. She knows her products inside and out and I now plan to return to Chase and of course have Puneet handle all my business and personal banking matters. I cant say enough!
