  I cannot recommend Jay highly enough - she helped me and my fiance buy our house last year during arguably the craziest time you could choose to buy a house, and she truly looks out for your best interest in the advice she gives. Coming up on a year since we bought our house, and we couldn't be more grateful!   It has almost been a month since I found my new home, and we will be having our closing this week. Thanks to my agent Ryan and loan officer, Jay Norwood. They are just the best! What I like about Jay is that she is so chill and does not force you. She lets you do everything at your own pace and let you decide on what you want.   We dealt w big banks/mortgage lenders multiple times on purchase/refi in CT/NJ/NY. Lets just say Jay's team and Co. is a true hidden jewel in an often confusing mortgage mkt. She has a highly personal yet professional service team that beats all the hoopla and bureaucracy of a big name lender. After an old lender took my refi as granted and didn't respond in time, I reached out to Jay on May 15. A 10 min phone call nailed the deal. She worked tirelessly in the next wk, matched the best rates with lowest closing cost and we closed on June 16. If u have all ur docs ready and know what u need, dont waste time with banks or quickens of the world, go local and go with Fairfield Home Loans.

  Where do I begin to describe the quality of service I received from this company especially with Jay Norwood! After a complete fiasco with another co I was working with. I was recommended to Jay by my amazing realtor Amber from Stacey Blake Realty. Well Jay listened to my horrible experience with the prior mortgage co and said I can get you the mortgage and if I couldn’t I would tell you up front and not waste your time! Well 2 WEEKS LATER I received my Clear to Close letter & will close on 11/6/20!!! PLEASE use Fairfield Home Loan if you want a stress free experience.
