Tricia Luithle5I walked in just browsing for a necklace chain. MIKE K. went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. He specifically pointed out necklaces for my specific needs. He even went out of his way to clean my ring and, husband's ring, and my the pendant for my necklace . I am very pleased. He got me the perfect necklace to go with my pendant and helped me pick out a cute new pair of hoop earrings.

Terilyn Reber5WOW where has Facet been all my life. We stopped in on a fluke thinking it was just pawn, but our experience with the jewelry was WONDERFUL. My sister and my BFF found perfects rings for themselves with the help of Mike andhis knowledge of their inventory. When I showed him a ring I had "self repaired" he said they could fix it. I had another ring that I loved that was too small and he said of course they could resize it to. Took them both back and voila three days later got both rings back, BOTH looking 100 times better than when I left them, shiny buffed, cleaned and polished. Stunning. Based on Mikes ability I am going to have them upgrade my wedding ring. I am very excited and know it will be wonderful. If you love beautiful fine and semi fine jewelry, try FACET. Who knew!! THANKS MIKE!! I will be back.
