  I have banked with this bank for 2 years too long. They are terrible. They all have sour faces and sour attitudes. At both locations in Guthrie We have to call every time we try to make a purchase with our debit cards and they constantly call me by another name after I have told them my name 3 times. And do not take any rolled change to them because they spontaneously combust. These are the WORST people I think I have ever been in the presence of !! Dont take your money here!!!

  Both Farmers and merchant banks in Guthrie Oklahoma are unprofessional, rude, Inconsiderate, Disrespectful and unorganized. They do not care about the people who bank there. They do not know what each bank does, like they don't even have the same name. They are not there to help people but to control people. In my opinion and experience from Farmers and merchant banks, do not have anything to do with them. Stay away. Open your accounts somewhere else, especially if you own a business.
