  my boyfriend tried to cash a check here today and when he asked them to call his bank to verify the check, the clerk said "the bank doesn't work here, I do" how absolutely disrespectful. will never try to use them for any money services ever again.

  Had to take a drive from traverse city that is why they get three star rating but in the end it gotten done and very happy about it. Thanks to the gal for helping me and my wife out

  Came here just after 9, not open. See the worker pull in at 9:10. I give her a few mins. 9:15 I walk to the door, still locked. She is at the desk and didn't even look at me. If you aren't going to be here at 9 when it says it is supposed to be open, then change your hours. Or get more reliable staff.

  The are supposed to be open at 9am and nobody is here and its currently 9:25am this is ridiculous and bad for business
