  Worst customer service I have ever experienced! When told they couldn’t cash my check and I asked why the ladies response was “umm I just can’t.” No further explanation than that plus just the rude and defensive tone in her voice. Was able to take my check somewhere else and had it cashed no problem. Never returning.

  Heavy set lady with the dark long hair is extremely rude and dishonest. Do not look for them to have decency when it comes to business. Worst customer service in town.

  Went there 1 time to cash a check and was told they keep 10 percent of your check and they need a working phone number why I have no idea about the number thing nobody else needs a working phone number. I will never go back to them cause I cant afford 10 percent out of my check

  I’m not sure what these other reviews are about but these employees are fantastic and maybe if people weren’t so rude to them, things would be better. You can’t treat people horribly and expect them to be nice just because they’re in customer service! To the customers: Be polite! To the employees: thanks for helping me and being so kind, I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name but I hope you see this!

  Went in with my daughter in law and the manager was so rude, just in general rude. The heavy set one is the manager and she is so rude, i I will be contacting somebody to have you fired. Learn to have manners. You didn't want to cash our check, funds were available, you were just to lazy to do your job. I saw you are just rude in general. Be professional Ms. manager.

  Great girls there, who have always been kind and helpful to me. I've been going to E-Z Money for three years, not counting last year, when I didn't have time to get to the bank or do Western Union transactions. I appreciate them just as well as they have appreciated me at my job doing customer service as they do ... Keep it up Girls 👍😎👍 You Rock and Stay Safe and Sanitized 👍😷👍... Most of all, Thank You for your service....

  I don't even want to to give this place one star, very rude staff and the manager is so but so rude. Went in to cash a check with my husband and they were rude to both of us. saying oh we can't cash this check, u mean u are being lazy and not wanting to help. Please people go somewhere we shouldn't have to put up with this. These people are not worth it and the manager thinks she is so important, but you really aren't! I have never been to a place where the manager is so rude, you Ms. manager need to learn how to be professional and polite, I called corporate office already so hopefully they get a new manager ASAP!

  You're newest hire is really terrible. The last time I went in there she told me I didn't have an account to cash my check . Once I told her I had cashed other checks she argued that I wasn't in the system. Another gal that recognized me told her I was. Then today I went to do my taxes, and she told me I couldn't because I didn't have a physical copy of my SSC I couldn't file. That's fine- but she said anywhere I went I'd have to have the physical copy with me. I'm writing this review from H&R where they gladly welcomed me to do my taxes without the physical copy. What I have the issue with is the confidence in the wrong information she has spouted twice on separate occasions. Please teach your employees if they don't know or have an issue to ASK. It truly makes me not want to go back to keep getting irritated because she doesn't know what she's doing, and doesn't use any resources before reacting with incorrect information.

  Very rude to my wife and I. Very rude employees and they didn't want to cash a check because it was from Chase bank. Just so rude and the manager, the heavy set one so rude and told my wife nope. These women don't even want to bother to help people, and we are not the only ones with a bad experience here it looks like.
