  I had the pleasure of being introduced to Jamie Charouf while looking for a home to purchase ! I was quite uncomfortable and uncertain if I was making the right decision in my quest of finding my perfect home! Mr. Charouf was always patient and often answered my calls after hours and basically he was available whenever I needed him, even on off days!   I truly couldn't of asked for a better quality of service and professionalism! Any questions I had, even if i was confused about something would be answered in full details each and every time. Knowing myself that could be alot of questions, haha! I had a different lender before and EZ Funding Group and it was a full 180 degree difference in the level of service. Jaime and his assistant, Adriana were quite literary EZ to work with. They never sounded fustrated or upset if i didn't understand something, interested they took their time to ensure I understood every step of the way. I would 100% recomend them and their service to everyone. After this whole experience as a 1st time buyer, I can confidently say I made wonderful friends at EZ Funding Group and would totally use their service again. Saying thank you isn't enough!   I heard from other first time home buyers how tedious the process is to get an approval for a mortgage. I was blessed indeed to find EZ Funding from a friend who highly recommended it to me. The service is exceptional! Working with Jaime Charouf made the entire process easier, smoother, and faster. I was clueless of what to do at first and he guided me through the entire process with his professional and personal advices. We were able to close even before the target date. We are now excited to move to our new home!
