  My girlfriend and I went in there today to look for a PS3 to watch movies on and play a little bit of old games. The guy that worked with us was very nice and professional. Very informative and a very nice guy. Its not like normal pawn shops where everyone's rude. Would recommend everyone to go here!

  Richard posted an ad for a broken tv on Facebook marketplace. After negotiating a price and confirming that I was going to pick it up, I ordered the part that the tv needed to work, and headed out to express pawn within the hour. When I showed up, they had sold the tv to someone else with absolutely no warning. Now I'm out $50 for the part I ordered for that exact tv. Thanks a lot, Richard. Update 27AUG2020: Richard sent me an extremely passive aggressive text a month after the incident. Before I could even respond, he blocked me. Are these the types of people you want to do business with? Update 28AUG2020: Richard unblocked me to respond with "people like you are what's wrong in this world," then proceeded to unblock me. My attempts to approach Pawn Express' poor business practices with dignity and respect have left me about $50 poorer, but at least I gained the wisdom to never do business here again. Update 2SEP2020: in response to Express Pawn's comment on my review, I apologise that I left out pertinent information more explicitly describing why my poor dealings with Richard reflect the poor business practices of Express Pawn as well. The place where I was directed to pick up the broken TV was in fact Express Pawn. I walked in to find a man behind the counter, who I later discovered was Richard. Our deal regarding the product I intended to buy was completely facilitated by Express Pawn. It was in no way a "private transaction" as claimed by the business. Richard even mentioned to me that "we" have other TVs in stock, strongly implying that the TV was in fact the property of Express Pawn, and in no way Richard's private property. This was not a private transaction. In addition - why are they still contacting me after over a month when I am the only person who has incurred any losses? You do not want to do business with these people.

  It is unfortunate that you may have had an unsatisfactory dealing with an employee outside of work on the Facebook Marketplace. However, your personal problem with an employee over a personal facebook post has absolutely nothing to do with our business or the practices within. Your problem should addressed on Facebook, not Google. Your review is a violation of Google's Terms Of Service and a total missuse of the Google Local Guides program. You have been reported.

  So what an experience I was very rudely treated I wrote a review awhile ago about how great this place "WAS" I did not have a mask and I didn't know where the masks were to put one on so I put a mask on once they did direct me to where the masks were and I was walking through their store and the music that they were playing was quite loud and obnoxious so I asked them to turn it down and they guy came over and rudely turned the music completely off and I asked him I was like what what is the problem here man what what's the deal and he said that I walked in there with a chip on my shoulder and then I said I need to speak to the owner and they laughed and refused and said he's not here and I said well I need a phone number because this is bologna I don't find the customer treatment very nice out here with my nine year old daughter pawn shopping I do it all the time and I don't just go to this pawn shop it's ridiculous the fact that I was treated so poorly over absolutely nothing and then basically thrown out of their store because he would not listen to a thing I had to say at all don't ever come to this pawn shop absolutely ridiculous service

  Sir, YOU were very loud & obnoxious as soon as you barged in the door. When you TOLD us to turn off the music, we obliged. YOU then got upset and accused us of having a problem. Why would there be a problem? There was no problem...until YOU started screaming at us....that's when you were asked to leave. Good Day.

  Besides the terrible attitude I got about my laptop I took them in a pair of custom made one of a kind chaps they offered to buy them for 60$ they are easily worth upwards of 400$. Terrible service no negotiation
