  My husband and I used Brad Shoemaker when we bought our home in 2003 with great success. Since then we have refinance 4 times, each time improving our rate with very little loan cost and personal service. The best thing I can say is I was always able to speak with Brad and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. I have recommended him to several friends and my sister.   This review comes long overdue! We initially purchased our home and refinanced our home with Brad. Being first time buyers, we truly had no idea what we were doing. Brad came with great recommendations from a mutual friend who also does business with Brad. Once we first met with Brad we felt very comfortable and taken care of. Brad is extremely knowledgable and was able to explain everything to us each step of the way. He treated us with personal interest and made sure we got the absolute best loan at the best time with the maximum incentives. A year after our purchase Brad called us to let us know that we could refinance and was able to save us over 400 a month! Exceptional service from a very genuine man! We have referred him to our friends and will return for future endeavors!
