  We have twice had the pleasure of working with Ryan to address our changing mortgage environment. We follow mortgage rates and treasury markets and know now is a great opportunity for refinancing. The first time we needed someone who could tell us how to use available funds to squeeze a better credit score to get us into a better rate, which Ryan promptly accomplished. This time we were hoping someone could beat a great 'insider' deal to consolidate our first with a HELOC and, of course, Ryan exceeded our expectations. His efforts are helping us save $7,000 next year alone. That's what I'm talking about!

  I have never had a mortgage experience as good as this one with Ryan Cramer. We started the process on a Friday. By the following Friday we had complete final loan approval. By the following Thursday we closed! I was shocked that my rate was well under 3% and that’s even after pulling out some cash. Ryan has his processes and procedures down to a T. Some issues came up from the lender regarding my source of income and Ryan had it resolved within hours. I recommend to all my friends and family to use Ryan Cramer atExpert mortgage!!
