  Had the exceptional service during my live scan appointment. I called one day prior and it was an easy set up for an appointment the next day. I arrived to his location and he explained to me all the steps and was extremely friendly. Took no longer than 20-25 minutes! Highly recommend!

  We so appreciate the help and assistance we received from Wil. We were given appropriate and accurate information, especially since we don't know yet all the document requirements in California. He was able to patiently enlighten us, and did not hurry in walking us through the process. He made sure everything is right and in order, even informed us of a follow-up to check that it will work out well.   My overall experience was amazing. Will U. was super friendly and very professional. Very fast service took maybe 5 minutes, makes sure all prints are perfect before submitting them. Would highly recommend and definitely will be going back for future services.
