  I have worked at Excel for over 8 years and love it here! Excel offers many loan product options to fit all of my client's needs. Having various products to tap into allows me to think outside of the box and cater to ALL borrowers...not just the ones with high credit scores and 20% to place down. From processing to management we work as a team to close loans quickly and efficiently. This is a great company to work for.!

  My partner and I are so glad we went with Excel Realty when buying our first home! Louisa is not only an amazing realtor, but also a lovely person to work with. She helped us find the perfect home, and worked quickly to ensure we got the best deal! Shawnacy Nauroth also walked us through the entire mortgage process and made it as painless and easy as possible.   Our experience with Excel Realty was excellent. Our agent, Ferry Modifi, continually kept our wishes in the forefront of our search for a new home. She was very knowledgeable and explained the each step of the process. Even with the added pressure of a short closing time requirement and a VA loan everything occurred like clockwork. I'm certain that her persistence on our behalf was a big factor in our closing in less than one month!

Very professional and knowledgeable in the whole process of getting us into our dream house. From the hunting to the final walkthrough you guys helped us on every step towards the approval and closing. OMG Louisa! You have exceeded our expectations by sending us the beautiful canvas artwork for my daughter's room and also the family name printed on the canvas we installed at the entry door. It looks great!   Nick Mineo & Excel completed the loan for the house my wife and I just bought. He made the whole process very fast and easy, and even closed the deal a week early. Couldn't have been any happier with the decision to get our loan through Nick & Excel. Will definitely contact him again whenever the time for a refinance or another purchase arises.

Providing training that allows for the agents to always make sure they keep up with our ever changing industry.
