  Tim Soldati is one of the best in the business. He is especially great if you have all your "ducks in a row", and then he crunches numbers and voila! We have used Tim twice now and both times he came through for us with flying colors on interest rates and terms The first time we sat with him (by phone, of course), we were truly impressed in what he had as ideas, and how to correct or improve our credit scores, including lowering our interest rate down the road. Tim is someone who knows the world of home loans.
