  I was referred to Bob Reynolds by a good friend. In the refi industry it is so hard to find someone that you can trust. I’ve had terrible experiences in the past when doing a loan because the final costs never even remotely resemble the initial estimate. It is, however, important to know that there are legitimate fees that adjust according to each situation and taxes are different for every county. That being said, Bob was up front with me and walked me through each step of the process. I got the lowered payment that I was looking for and was able to go so with no out if pocket (using the equity in my home. As of 8/3/21 if you are in the high 3% range or more then do yourself a favor and call Bob.
