They made the very stressful process of buying a home easy and stress free by carefully walking us through every step of the process. From loan qualifications all the way through signing our final documents, I felt like we were in the hands of a team that had our best interest at heart.   My wife and I were expecting our first child when we began the search for our home. It is no secret how challenging and cut-throat the market is right now for buyers. We were: -First time home buyers -Trying to find a reasonable loan -Getting our paperwork together, having all documents ready. -Competing against many other interested parties. not wanting to overpay. Sounds normal right? Well that’s pretty much every other buyer out there. Without going into details, after numerous hurdles and challenges, we even decided it might be best to throw in the towel and rent for another year... Fast forward 60 days... I am proud to report that I am writing this review from our NEW HOME, and not just ANY home, but the home we WANTED and FOUGHT for, and that’s because we had one ingredient that the other buyers didn’t have: BLAKE & FRAN BALDWIN of Excel Funding Real Estate Services inc. How do I know this? Because there were many other interested buyers and offers. The Baldwins made sure we were in front of the line, always responsive, ahead of the game, and would take the time to explain anything we didn’t understand. And despite the many ways the deal could have fallen apart, Blake and Fran went above and beyond what any realtor would do.
