  We had a great experience with our mortgage officer, Hanlon O'Connor, and the whole team at Excel Financial! Moving all the way from Illinois to Colorado Springs posed many challenges, especially in the current real estate market which is tough for buyers! Hanlon got us pre-approved, making our offer very appealing in a multiple offer situation. His support continued every step of the way, and came up with some creative financing solutions that made it possible for us to buy the home of our dreams with a manageable monthly payment and a great rate! Furthermore, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. The closing was incredibly smooth and low stress.   While I am quite late posting this review the customer service I received still stands out in my mind. We re-finaced my father in laws, who is a disabled vetern, home in July 2020. I had many questions and often find that when dealing with this property companies will not readily talk with me since I am the homewowner. From the beginning it was established that I was authroized to communicate in this matter. Bryan was amazing as helping me throught this process and answering ever single little question I had. I called daily leading up to closing to make sure this was the best set up for my father in law. With great patience and grace Bryan answered his phone everytime! The new mortgage company is also such a giant relief compared to the one we worked with before. I would recommend Bryan over and over again if you are thinking about refinancing your home.
