  I am the owner of two small independent coffee shops in a seasonal town. One of the shops is located on the beach and it doesn’t do much business in the off season.   Chad was great he gave me great advice so I could start to consolidate my debt and still keep my cash flow going. There were a lot of sharks out that that were dishonest and wanted to put me on a bigger hole. My plan was to cut cost and consolidate and bring up my cash flow. With the help of chad I am.
