  I have to take a minute and Thank Ryan and his team on a Particular loan. Ryan was extremely responsive and does a great job throughout the process. The entire team put in the work necessary and truly makes the process "effortless" compared to other lenders!   Jim was very helpful. He was always available even on weekends to answer questions and work in my mortgage. He really made things happen and got everything done before closing so I could close a little bit early. Highly recommend!

  Ryan was wonderful to work with on refinancing our home from day 1. From the beginning, I felt like I was treated as a friend as well as a client. He explained the process, answered any questions, and reassured me throughout the process. He has the experience and 'know how' to get you the best deal possible. He was always available or got right back with me. I have used several different lenders over the years and he is by far the best I have ever dealt with. I will be referring him to anyone who asks and will use him again in the future.

  Seemed nice on phone but kept delaying the closing. Started in January for a March closing. Kept needing more documents that should have been done initially but they weren't organized. After fourth delay and then claiming they didn't know it was a condo (even though paperwork had condo all over it) and a surprise additional charge of $1300 we withdrew our loan application. Our seller threatened to pull out. It was a nightmare. Our loan officer was Jim Van Law. Our title company said they had never dealt with a lender this bad. Beware.
