  Amazing customer service. Was able to come in and get a loan way faster than we thought and helped us a tremendous amount. Will be long time customers with this bank. Recommend it for anyone looking for a good home town credit union.

  Took 3 weeks for new debit card due to fraud. Wanted to charge me $50 to rush card. Called to talk about it and all I get is what they want to say and no sorry for inconvenience or anything. Not my fault it was fraud. You are supposed to protect your members and if fraud happens to go through, take care of the member and not argue with someone that had their personal banking info stolen. Awful member service.

  So let me start with this, these guys are a very secure Credit Union. BUT, the security is so over the top that I have trouble getting access to my account sometimes. When this happens it takes an hour minimum to get things back in order for something as simple as a password typo. They also BARELY allow cash deposits and they also keep on having "database issues". Everytime these "database issues" happen my account gets overdrawn. When my account gets overdrawn I do not get notified of it doing so. Super sketchy. So honestly, I'm not a fan of them.

  I love this credit union and let me just say... their new location is just as exciting and refreshing as membership! A few short years ago we had lost all hope as to ever having a good credit union- or good credit- again and EDCU has helped with both! Friendly, smiling, faces are always a plus when you go in to conduct your banking business!!

  Tiffany is the best! She is always very friendly and extremely helpful! I had a payment dispute with another business and she went out of her way to track down my payment to them from a year ago! She's a asset to the credit union!

  I just want to say Mary Tucker is amazing to work with I’ve never met her it’s all been over the phone but she treats everybody like a real person and is always so helpful thank you Mary😄

  I’ve been banking with them for a very long time and it has not gotten any better so I transferred to twin star credit union or they actually take care of their customers they have a policy where you have to call ahead to pull money out also they have another policy that you have to ask permission to use more than $1000 out of your account if you do ask permission they only give you 30 minutes which isn’t enough time for something to clear on your debit card I highly recommend if you wanna credit union go to OB credit union or twin star credit union

  Slower drive thru ever. Ridiculous that I had to sit there for 20 minutes waiting for the person in front of me. And no one in the parking lot so it wasn't busy.
