  This company and their employees have been nothing but helpful, professional, and compassionate. They made this process so carefree and understandable, and put me in a new house! I worked personally with Aaron Andreasen and he is amazing! So helpful & walked me through everything will definitely go back to them when/if I’m interested in refinancing!   Worked with Andrew Andreasen and he was extremely knowledgeable. He answered my calls. text, and emails promptly (even on the weekends). He helped me fixed a problem on my credit that I had been trying to get taken care of for years. What a life saver. That alone helped me get a much better rate. His assistant Sandra helped me get a great insurance quote. They walked me through the process and explained all the terms. I was so nervous but everything went well. Highly recommend them.

  Beginning the process of buying a home I was really skeptical especially after my parents were talked into signing a bad deal but over all I had a great experience with this company buying my first home, specifically with Ernie Ibarra. Buying a house is stressful and time consuming, especially during this pandemic, but Ernie and his team made it a lot less stressful. He would always be on top of everything making sure it gets done and updating me on the process. Even after we closed a few months back and my loan got transferred he still answers any questions we have. Ernie really makes you feel like family.

  This my second time using evergreen home loans when I bought my home and now with my refinance Andrew and Aaron are amazing , it's stressful when dealing loans but both Andrew and Aaron are calm and understanding when I was stressed .   I had an amazing experience! This company is wonderful all the workers were great especially Aaron his attitude was so positive and he was so informative he helped me understand everything i had questions about and made some great points!

  Horrible company ! Employee Natalie does not know how to do her job and obviously why she was fired . Never processed any paperwork . Waited 2 months of my parents being in escrow and until deadline to say she’s no longer with company and now the company has delayed it an additional 15 days ! Do not go to this company for your loan ! Save your troubles and stress !!!!!!!
