  Super Duper great customer service !! I was able to open my account nice and smoothly and it didn't take hours like most regular banks do. Two thumbs up for Alaska Credit Union ,👍👍

  Extremely disappointed with Alaska. I have overdraft protection yet my account goes negative at least $100.00 at most $250 over 5 times!! And they never have a valid explanation for it on the monthly transaction record I get... then, when I call to confront them about this problem they force upon me I get put on hold for 30 minutes and hung up on!!!! You don’t understand the anger I have towards Alaska and the Victorville branch. DO NOT GO WITH THIS BANK I REPEAT DO NOT CHOSE ALASKA USA. I’m switching to Bank of America next pay day! Uugghh!

  On 12/14/2019 around 12 to 1pm: I went to inquire about opening a checking account and the teller was extremely rude and condescending. I don't recall her name, but she was an older hispanic woman on the far right of the teller windows. Definitely did not feel like my business was wanted so without hesitation I went to Wells Fargo instead.

  I went to this institution earlier today and had brought my service dog into the bank. I didn't have his credentials with me, but still, it goes without saying he was service dog because I suffer from Multiple Sclerosis and anxiety attacks. I was with my daughter and she was waiting in line while I went to go sit down in the foyer area because I can barely stand up. When it was our turn to be assisted, I got a teller named Theresa. Upon going up to her, she gave me and my daughter a very dirty look. She told my daughter to take my service dog out into the foyer and away from me because Theresa claimed she was allergic. Now, she didn't say it in the most cordial of ways, hastily waving her hands to make my daughter back off. My daughter complied and took my dog into the foyer area but I couldn't even stand up while doing my transactions. Theresa did not seem happy to help me, she was not hospitable towards me or my daughter. Where I have noticed that she is incredibly friendly to OTHER customers. Where as with us, she looks at me with disgust and judgement. I am an accountant and have worked for many credit unions before also. Her attitude was less than appealing towards me and my daughter. I asked her for an envelope and she said "I don't think I have one so I'll give it to you like that." She seemed like she didn't want to go out of her way to help me like a teller should. All the other tellers are excellent but Theresa, is not. I do not even know her, yet she seems completely indifferent with me. So, please be aware of this teller as she can be rude to people who don't seem to fit her standards. I hope Theresa's attitude can be adjusted to accommodate EVERYONE without judgement.

  The reviews about rude employees is accurate. When you as a teller whisper to your supervisor right in front of the customer you are talking to her about, YOU ARE RUDE. When you are that superviser-Danielle, and your ok with that, you shouldnt be in customer service management. And to the head manager Theresa, if you are right there seeing your customer getting mad over poor rude service, dont wait for a call from your customer service/VP to try and make it right, to little to late. Your lack of professional leadership reflects in your employees and the reviews of this location. New management is needed all around here.

  Was a great bank till they moved to a congested area now there’s always a line only one atm no drive up anymore, to top it all off there’s always a line out the door.

  I prefer Alaska USA Federal Credit Union. They're very helpful. Good interest rates for loans. And they are a lot better than the stingy lying cheating thieving Banks out there

  I'm glad I signed up with a credit union, because now i can pull out loans if i wanted, but don't go to this branch here in Jess ranch. Never pay cash here. They don't always record your payments. And if you've got a credit card or a loan from this bank, pay it off right away, because there's something going on here that's a little more than interest. And They indefinitely have some questionable behavior here. I have a credit card from this bank, and i have never missed a payment. But then i get a call from the branch in Alaska saying: i missed two payments. I file an investigation, but they have no records of it. Because the transaction just wasn't actually done by the bank personnel both times in a row. I walked into that branch and they were friendly at first, but when I asked them about the incident with the missing payments the bank teller got angry and would not proceed forward with anything. I then asked if she can request the company to check the records of this branch, for the transactions that took place here. The bank teller then got nervous, and seemed reluctant, but eventually cooperated. I'm not going to say who, but the bank teller here had some unusual behavior for something as trivial as two small payments. Go ahead and trust them if you want, but something smells fishy here with these bank tellers.
