  It honestly felt like Kevin went above and beyond for us. We had a complicated situation that required urgency. We were in a competitive offer situation and having Kevin advocate for us was key to getting the deal done. Once our offer was accepted, Kevin did a great job keeping the process moving while making it as simple as possible for us. He kept us informed and was always available for questions. Ultimately, we were able to close earlier than expected thanks to Kevin and his team.

  Kevin and his team made our entire experience stress free and they were very efficient and so easy to work with. We appreciated quick responses even after hours later in the evening and on weekends. Kevin was even on a trip in Arizona and had been at the airport and helped us put our first offer on our now current home while at the airport. They were very supportive and positive and so great to work with. Highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

  Besides being extremely responsive, supportive, and adaptive to our needs and way of communicating and working, Katrina Low was always professional, competent, thorough and caring from the start. After we first met her I jokingly said we had found the dream team to help us purchase our home, and it turned out to be true! She was in our corner the entire time. Last but not least, she is just just a delightful person at all times.

  Stacey at Evergreen home loans was very easy to work with. She pushed the loan along consistently making sure documents were uploaded and worked with an ever changing due date. Stacey was awesome.

  I don't think Great describes Katrina well enough... She is more like a superhero with magical powers. We had been through a traumatic home buying experience a few years before meeting Katrina that left us with packed up boxes and no home to move into. When we were ready again in 2019 to try and purchase a home, I was so terrified. Every step of the way, Katrina was cool, calm, and collected. Often I felt like I was being annoying, but she always said not to worry and I was not a bother. She is happy to help with every step of the way and explain all the little details that are easily confusing. I was nervous up until I had keys-in-hand, but much less than I would have been without Katrina. We just refinanced, and it could not have been simpler. Katrina is a blessing, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I enjoy just chatting with her!

  Natalie was absolutely amazing to work with! We were a little nervous about starting the process of our refinance but it ended up being so much smoother then we anticipated.
