  If you are looking for the best lender, look no further than Chris Nelson-Orcutt and her team at PrimeLending. Chris was available on our first attempt to reach her, which occurred on a weekend. She spent hours, late into the night, providing us numerous options on how to structure our loan. These options did not come days later, they were provided within hours. She provided insight and advice as to the advantages and disadvantages of each option. Thereafter, Chris and her team, including Tracy Wilson, kept us constantly informed of the next steps in the process. There was never a delay in a response to a question or email. You can feel reassured and trust Chris and her team. As first time home buyers, we could have not asked for better service. They made the process so easy.
