  We initially bought our house in Ellensburg 2 1/2 years ago through Tara - very smooth and easy. We just completed a re-fi -it took a little longer due to current mar market situation, but Tara was very responsive and really helped in getting things put together. She will get on the phone and call to explain what is going on. She and her staff were great.
