  This place is absolutely ridiculous to work with. Literally the most inconsiderate company I’ve ever worked with in regards to debt and making payments. First of all my debt was sent in here IN THE MIDDLE of making a payment plan with the hospital, when I communicated that with them they told me too bad. Been paying on time for over 3 years, Miss one payment due to my kids absent father no longer helping with the medical bills and all of a sudden I have to pay in full or be garnished. They lady I last talked with told me I didn’t need to change my payment date because I was paying within the grace period. Don’t listen if they tell you this because I’m now being garnished because my payment was a day late due to it being the weekend and my payment not processing on a Friday. My bad, didn’t realize it was my job to process payments. So I’m stuck being garnished for THEIR mistake. Will never go to a hospital associated with this company again, I’d rather transfer to somewhere I know will help me financially and not throw me under the buss to a slum dog debt collector. Not to mention, I flat out asked the lady I talked with last month if I happened to be late would they garnish me, she she told me NO. This company lies in order to get its payment, not trustworthy at all.

  These people are THE ABSOLUTE WORST human beings on the planet. They do the dirty work for big companies that want to get every red cent from anyone who has ever done business with them. Have to go to the doctor because you are severely ill but can’t pay the incredible costs of care these days?? Too bad. The dr offices will illicit the assistance of these demonic beings to do their bidding. And they can reach their blood stained claws right into your electronic check deposit from your employer. And they don’t take 100$ or 150$; they take 1/4 of your total gross before taxes. Isn’t that nice of them? Then, they don’t even bother to contact you after the 60 day garnishment!! Like I don’t know, maybe to say, “hey, you should really set up some payment schedule here so we don’t have to garnish you again and cost you like 350$ in ADDITIONAL court fees”...but that isn’t their racket. Their racket is to hope you forget about it and they can do the whole process again. They exist solely to prosper on the misfortunes of others. They are the worst human beings on this planet. At least street thugs and mafiaso people have the cajones to look you in the face when they are stealing from you. My bill is from over 7 years ago. When I was basically homeless and destitute. I either had to go in for surgery or I was going to die at that point. But obviously I couldn’t pay for it at the time. So anyway, they did what they had to do and I moved on and must admit didn’t think about it 5 or 6 years later after I totally got my life together and started to live how god intended me to. But; these demons will always be lurking somewhere in the dark to try and make you into a hateful person as they steal your money. But I won’t let them. Some may think I am being hateful with my review here, I’m not. I’m simply recounting my experience with this particular sect of sub-humans. They have hate in their heart and no true compassion for anyone else, otherwise they wouldn’t make a living out of the misery of others. The woman-thing who was my “contact” originally was possibly the rudest person I have ever spoke with on the phone!! This after taking nearly 700$ from me without as much as a phone call!! And when I called to ask what it was about and why I hadn’t been notified, she went on the offensive at ME!! So yeah, when I deal with this cabal now I ask to speak with someone else and I actually got what I think was a human being today. She was actually a kind lady. I didn’t feel like I had just gotten into a fight after talking with her. She assisted me the best she could for haven just stole a nice sum of cash from me. I respect that. I hope I can deal with her from here on out. Well, I hope this helps anyone who has outstanding medical bills. They WILL come after you, they don’t care about anything else except their money. And they can hire these things to do their dirty work. I hope I never have to see another collection agency/garnish thing in my entire life. They are truly evil. 👿

  When I make payment arrangements and I am told that if I do, "nothing additional will be charged," then that is what I expect. Interest charges are EXTRA, and using the excuse "well that person is new" doesn't fly with me, especially when you admit that I wasn't told about the interest charges. Hopefully your company gets it's act together or Kadlec starts using someone new.

  They are the worst !!all I’m trying to do is pay what I can and they refuse to take a payment unless it’s paid in full. I’m paying 40%of the remaining balance and she still said no. So there goal is to NOT TAKE YOUR PAYMENT unless it’s paid in full so your interest gets added. The ladies are rude and inconsistent with what they say.

  To add to what this place has done to people, I'm getting calls from them while I'm in a different state and didn't even know this place existed. I also don't have any debt what so ever, I hardly go to the convince store.

  They worked with me as soon as i started communicating with them. Thanks to everybody as evergreen financial I have peace of mind that i have control over paying my debts
