  We are first-time clients of Evans Home Loans & Insurance. We had only heard great things about them so when it came time refinance and consider insurance options, I placed the call. I immediately realized I made the right choice. Michelle and her team are great. Michelle made the process easy as she helped us understand our options without any pressure. Any questions we had were answered professionally and in a very timely manner. I absolutely recommend Evans Home Loans & Insurance to anyone looking for mortgage or insurance services.

  We were going through a different loan company initially who promised us this and that, didn't follow through with anything and took over 3 months and it still wasn't even written up. They wanted everything short of blood samples from us... luckily, we turned to Evans Home Loans. The process was expedited, excellent follow through with Michelle and her staff throughout the process and great guidance. If we refinance or ever need another loan, I know who I'll be calling!

  Michelle Evans is highly skilled and dedicated to her work. She helped my husband and I with our home loan in the Fall of 2019. Buying a home is so stressful but she made it so much better. She NEVER leaves you hanging. Michelle provides quick answers and goes out of her way to explain everything along the way. She felt like family. Michelle never promised anything she couldn’t deliver. We liked them so much we switched all of our insurance plans over to her agency. The staff there is just as awesome!

  I’m honestly so grateful for Evans Home Loans and Insurance. My home buying process was not easy (on my end) due to life changes. They were always there for advice, help and anything I needed. I felt so comfortable with them and I learned so much through this process. They do a really good job explaining each step and the purpose of everything. There was never a “surprise” in money or steps because they were always 10 steps ahead, telling me what to expect. They do a wonderful job making you feel apart of their family. I can’t express enough how wonderful they are. They will work LATE nights to make sure you have the best service. Emily Stacey was AMAZING to work with. She was fast at replying to my needs, blew me away on her knowledge and did so good finding me the best rates that I would NEVER get anywhere else. Her boss Michelle was amazing as well. Many other places, you would never see the boss calling to check in or helping to make sure everything was perfect.... but Michelle does. She runs a phenomenal business!!!!! All in all, Evans Home Loans and Insurance is the best and I truly don’t think you’ll get any better services, anywhere else... they are amazing!!! I will ALWAYS recommend and consider them for any home loan or insurance, in the future!!
