Aubrey Stewart1I walked in to pay a note for a friend. After waiting 10 minutes a lady comes out and I explain that I've never paid a bill or dealt with there system I'm just paying a note for a friend. I asked if she could help. She pointed me towards a phone on the wall and left. I walked to her desk and asked if it was too much trouble for her to walk me through the process. She then treated me like a damn child and acted as if I had disrupted her entire life. I WILL NEVER again consider opening an account here. I WILL NEVER do business with this place again. That is the worst customer service I've ever seen. If I had an employee treat a potential client that way, he/she would be fired on the spot.

Ashley Wilkinson1Can’t see your transactions on app and when I try online, the screen cuts off on my phone so I can’t see them. I don’t have a computer to view it so this is an inconvenience. My location has yet to recover since the flood (year and a half ago) and doesn’t have a drive thru or atm. I have to go inside every time which is a pain with a 3 year old. Also, they don’t have a local number for my bank listed online and the phone experience is god awful!!! I’ll be changing Banks in the near future.

Cody Hancock1This bank literally told me today that they could not tell me if I had a deposit pending. What kind of bank cant tell you that info? Every bank I've had has done that. So glad I got another bank.

Stacey Ridgel5I was set up with EFCU for a car loan through a dealership, they gave the best interest rate around. I later went into the Walker branch to apply for a new car loan mainly because of the existing loan. Not only did I get great service as soon as I walked in but the loan officer saved me about $3k on the car I was buying. Dealership overcharging! I fully intend on using this branch very soon for a home mortgage. Thanks again! I don't have her name but Loan officer 402 is the best.

Mickey Terry5Convenience safety personality of the manager who I tend to get along really well with they understand it when there's issues with a Necessities or sings it or not your fault didn't hold it against you because some member it's not not for profit but it's for profit for members so literally they're not taking away from the bank's financial statements at the end of the year that you can away from what will be distributed to the members so they're not as hard sometimes he's as in accessories would be at a normal Bank they still don't just give it to you for nothing but he usually went disability excuse like tape help it to stupid deposit sample 1 hour did it cost you money they will laser sights for things I noticed and that's important when it comes to certain things because there are certain types of interphase I had no problem switching my routing and transit number over when I had trouble with fraud to I change my account number completely and we understood
