  They never answer the phone I've called multiple times about on issue with my online banking and I still have yet to receive a call back.

  Charges $25 dollars for a replacement debit card if you loose it. $25 for a piece of plastic.

  The worst customer service of any financial institution. Was trying to get an issue fixed on my credit report. When I could get someone to speak to me, they were rude and acted as if I was bothering them. And I did " contact the main office ", as the typical response states. Was no help. Not only will I give a negative review every chanch I get, I will tell as many ppl who will listen about my experience

  I personally give Essential 5 stars. I only wish Laura crappard was still with y'all. But I have one concern about a mailing we received in the mail that states WANT LOWER YOUR CURRENT AUTO NOTE PLUS 90 DAY NO PAY....well i called cause we have a vehicle currently financed through ESSENTIAL, so I'm told its only for New Auto Loans.The mailer doesn't state.That.Any we are very pleased with what yall do and we THANK YOU ALL.Right we are in the process of seeing about doing a home equity loan with ESSENTIAL and very excited about doing business with yall..

  Horrible customer service for a loan. Dealing with one of the 'loan officers' was horrific. They refused to contact the seller for information needed. They ran me through the meat grinder trying to get the information they needed while talking to me like i was a problem. I went to another bank form my loan with no problems. Pulling my account with this bank and will never do business with them in my lifetime. Im also a Dow employee...

  In Middle school a group of people portraying to be apart of the Dow Federal Union, Collected 83 dollars off of me and claimed to have put it in a savings account that I shouldn't touch until I'm 18. Well Now I'm a 20 year old mother/student and they can't seem to find a dime of my $83. Warn your children of this business' facade. Or else you kids will have paid for someone else's Infinity before they get one. Business is Business I guess
