  I recently opened an account at the Port Allen branch and the young lady that helped me was very friendly but, the teller next to her I overheard her talking to a young man trying to open an account and she was being pretty rude. The place is so small that you can hear personal business being discussed. I don't know if he eventually got to open his account or not but, I felt really bad at the way he was being handled. The way the lady spoke to him was as if she didn't want his business. He also stepped outside to retrieve something from his car and I could hear the teller on the phone talking about him in a unflattering way. All he was attempting to do was open an account. I wasn't asked so many questions. I just opened my account but, I'm contemplating whether to keep it at Neighbors or not.

  I am a co-op customer and the people at this location are so nice and friendly. On Saturday when I use the drive through ATM the customer service is so helpful. They walk you through every step. Job well done to all of you. Thanks

  I have social anxiety and hadn't had a bank account due to the fear of walking into a brick and mortar institution. That was not a problem with Neighbors, even after a mishap caused me to have to return I was treated with the utmost respect by the clerks. I'd recommend Neighbors to anyone.
